Had such a wonderful experience here on Friday March 13th. My husband and I were in a bind and I needed a rental car immediately to get home to Ottawa. We first stopped at a Hertz rental place and they told us they had no vehicles available. We then went to this Enterprise location and the service was exceptional. The gentleman that helped us out was so understanding and helpful given our situation. Excellent customer service. Thank you for helping us out and showing compassion when we needed it. ?

Rented a car from this location as repair needed to be done on my vehicle. It was easy to get a car and they picked me up on time at my location. Waited a few minutes to get the car but that was because they wanted it to be clean inside and out. They checked up on how the car was which is rare but nice to get that call. Had no issues with the rental from time of pick up and drop off. Easy check in and checkout. I would rent from this location if I lived in the area. They do get busy and car supply can get low but they do their best to get or find you a car rental. Awesome employees.

I’ve seen various 1star reviews lately and it’s like there were a totally different staff when go. I’ve never had a problem with them. Yesterday they even change me the car because it had a little noise. I’ve never had to wait for a car “I always make a reservation via App”. They have loyalty rewards and when there is no car in the range I reserved they upgrade it with no extra charge. I feel they have a good service and the staff is kind and always attentive.
