Moe's Home Collection

It’s rare to experience outstanding customer service these days, but we definitely did with Moe’s! One piece of our sectional arrived damaged (not their fault, clearly packed incompletely at the factory). They took responsibility immediately, brought a replacement piece within a few weeks and gave us a generous gift for the inconvenience. This was greatly appreciated! First time shopping there, and it won’t be our last!

I was randomly searching for some nearby furniture options, when I came across Moe's Home Collection website. The website is so easy to navigate. I found it interesting and called them for a 'Bed' that looked suitable for my need. Talking to their staff was an extreme delight as they’re quite friendly and polite. They delivered the ‘Bed’ in given time frame.
The delivery team strictly followed COVID_19 precautions. They removed all of the garbage 'n extra stuff and sanitized the entire room before leaving.
