Mundi Sofa

Recently, I bought a Mundi sofa from Home Sense in Ancaster. During delivery via my family members, there was an issue in transit where one of the sofa cushions was destroyed. So I googled the manufacturer and found out it was Mundi Sofa in Vaughan ON. After I explained the problem, the owners agreed that if I brought the cushion to them and they had the material, they would fix the cushion. As promised, when I showed up, they recovered the cushion perfectly in 20 minutes and to my utmost surprise, there were no charges. What great customer service! Thank you Jassi and Mundi Sofa. Exceptional service and quality of final product. They made a furniture piece for us fully custom from height to length to fabric to type of stitching. Final product is magnificent. If we were to buy the piece from a store ready made, would have been double the price and half the quality. Definitely custom ordering furniture from here in future, literally at Ikea prices.

We were looking a sectional for our basement but because of issue of available width in stairs, were in a fix. Mr. Jaswinder Mundi, visited our place, took the deminsions and built exactly what we imagined, built and design wise. Advantage of having choice with fabric qualty, design pattern of your taste, built quality and above all utilisation of available space, works in one's advantage on going with custom built. Mr. Jaswinder, his wife listened patiencly and worked with us for over 2 hours at his location till we were fully sure what we wanted and they provided beautiful piece of furniture at end, which exceeded our expectations. Mr. Jaswinder knows what he is doing and suggests fine points which we were not able to foresee while working with him on our design idea. Highly recommend them as far as our experience with them. Great job overall. 5 stars from us.

Entirely custom made sectional down to the stitching details. Jassi was able to give us the couch we wanted and at a reasonable price. Really good comfort, look and such good customer service!!

Mundi Sofa provided exceptional service! Jassi took the time out and came to our house to look and measure the area of where we wanted the sofa. He explained the different materials and styles very thoroughly. The sofa was delivered as promised and was ready early! He cares very much about his customers and ensure that they're satisfied with their purchase. I would definitely recommend Mundi Sofa to anyone who is considering them.
