i have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience at New Bridal. unlike other bridal places, Rita (my sales lady) told me i can go through the dresses and pick what i like and i can try on as many as i like. and the best part was EVERYTHING I PICKED WAS IN MY PRICE RANGE!!!! my mom and aunt and future mother in law got to pick out dresses for me too. it was such a great experience from start to end. Rita was so patient and kind and went over and above my expectations. she even made it fun for my mom, aunt and mother in law. she made us feel like today is the big day! Ursala was great too! she came and helped out and did great explanations on now things look and alterations and everything. needless to say i found my dress and i am BEYOND happy.

I would like to thank the team at New Bridal so very much for the beautiful gown that they customized for me for my special day! It was exactly what I had envisioned for myself. Everyone loved it, and said that it was perfect for me! From the moment I stepped into New Bridal, I knew I was in great hands. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and there was a huge selection of beautiful dresses.

Muna was very friendly and took her time with me to find the perfect gown. She is absolutely amazing! The seamstress was very patient and did a fantastic job at making alterations to the dress; it fit my body perfectly. Thank you all for your professionalism and creativity!
