I just picked up my 2020 Civic Sport June 17th. I can tell you the process was smooth. Zack and Sue were tremendous and helpful and honest with everything. Went with a deal that fit my budget. I haven't driven my car much yet, but am very excited to take it on a journey. The staff there overall are friendly and such. No pressure, good communication, and they took me seriously. In other dealerships, I have felt like I've experienced ageism, but in this one I felt at home. I will recommend Zack and this dealership to family and friends looking for a new car. Amazing experience dealing with Sonu & Aj. Showed me options of the vehicle I was looking for & answered all the questions I had. I went in on a friday, made my decision, told me the car would be there in a week, spoke to them asking if possible could it be on the Wednesday. They made it happen! Top notch customer service, answering questions I had via text/call. Wednesday they gave me a call saying the car is ready, went in and picked it up -2019 civic si beauty. Purchased my second vehicle, Civic Si, from Number 7 Honda. I love how spacious this dealership is. Most of Honda’s vehicle models are in the showroom with their different trims. This makes it convenient to see and compare between the car’s features. If you are planning on investing a vehicle. I highly recommend Jon Paletta. He was polite, attentive and listened to what I wanted. I was hesitant to return to this dealership due to location. But I am happy I decided to go back. Jon made investing in my next car such a good experience instead of time consuming. He was easy to contact, he responds immediately even after delivery. Now that I have met Jon, I wouldn’t purchase a vehicle from anyone else.
