Great shop, clean and friendly staff. Even with few mins left until closing, the staff didn't hurry anyone out of the door, and still helped out those who were making last minute purchases. Great place overall.

Amazing customer service. The staff at store are amazing always helpful and always Willing to go that extra mile. I came to the store as new father confused and bewildered but team was there to help me.

Expecting soon. Went in and bought a winter jacket and other clothes (jeans, shirts etc....) anything that was needed to have decent clothes thoughout the wife’s pregnancy. Sale prices were decent, other stuff a bit steep. Sales staff were nice enough, the reson for 4 stars is the service around the fitting rooms were a little slow and confusing. The lady was taking my wife’s things and putting them in a dressing room (didn’t tell her the number) then when she was ready, there was another lady in her dressing room with her things and they made my wife wait. Little confusion but nothing too serious! Will return if required

Great customers service. I prefer it to the upper Canada mall location. They made me try on the nursing bras till I was exhausted. They kept say "you have to have the right fit and different bras come in different styles and fit different. Not all size fits all" they are meticulous and attentive to you. I felt like I was the only customer in the store but they treated us the same
