Vellore Village Library

Great place for kids and adults to read books

I go to this location a few days every week to study since i live close by. If you want peace and quiet, i would recommend going to civic resource library on keele and major Mackenzie. That location has a large study hall that will always provide you with silence. Because Vellore is a small library, the space is very limited. It is good for group work because you will barely have quiet in this library. The quiet rooms are normally booked so i always take a picture of the calendar posted outside the door to in advance if the quiet area is available to use. Staff provide great customer service and always willing to help.

Books are in moderately good condition

A tiny nook to relax and enjoy the afternoon.

Very happy with Vaughan Public libraries.
Staff is very helpful and courteous at all locations. Smaller satellite libraries serve their purposes well and larger branches boast some amazing resources and amenities. Loving the patios and courtyards designed in the newer locations too!

I visited the new Vellore Village location and was thrilled with the efficient use of the smaller library space!???? They’ve incorporated a patio, quiet study area, kids area, and several comfy areas to lounge and read. This location is close to home! Thrilled! Will visit often!????
