(June 21, 2019, 10:31 am)Vince recently helped me sell my home, and then purchase a house with my fiance. Vince had a plan for my sale which he executed as expected, and he helped us buy the house for well under list price. The house purchase was especially impressive because it was in the competitive Etobicoke market and it involved a lot of comparable sales, discussions with the selling agents, and a tough negotiation. In the end, we ended up with our dream house, within our budget, but initially listed well beyond our budget. I have recommended Vince to several friends already, and will continue to do so moving forward.
