Starbucks

There is little thought in this particular Starbucks for good pandemic-based signage. There are no floor markings, and confusing arrows, which caused my in-person order to be delayed as I stood waiting in the wrong place. And then, once I ordered, there was much more emphasis given to online orders, rather than to serving people like me who took the trouble to show up firsthand.

The barista I spoke to today quickly and easily made changes to my incorrectly placed online order. When I walked in I was greeted with cheerful and smiling faces from all 3 of the baristas, something that seems to be in shortage in the world lately. Just wanted to say thank you to them, their service was amazing, and my order was perfect. I regret not getting their names, they deserve more than 5 stars!

It's starbucks so predictable results really. Only been here the once so hard to rate service reliably (Cashier = great, Drink Care/Prep = Meh) One of the dirtiest bathrooms I've ever seen though. Drive through was packed but seemed to be moving well.
