Stouffville Veterinary Clinic

Wanted to update my last review as I felt it wasn't fair to you. I know everyone is doing their best and you do go above and beyond where it's necessary. Thank you for being so professional all the time.

Staff at Stouffville Veterinary Clinic are caring and compassionate. Dr. Ashbourne is simply the best. Our dog has been a patient for 4 years and recently had issues walking. He was given exceptional care; Dr. Ashbourne took the time to explain every medication and procedure clearly and what our options were and she even called to check in on our dog. We're very happy to have found this clinic.

All good, service is great. Just unfortunately the owner (one of the doc) has just retired and 2 more docs are semi retired so appointments are a little tight now. But overall everyone there are very friendly and efficient.

I have nothing but good things to say about the dedicated vets and staff here. You can tell right away that the well-being of the animals are their top priority. My dogs had all their various health needs met over a span of many years. Dr. Ashbourne in particular is amazing and a very kind and caring person. I do not live locally but it was worth the drive as I was totally confident in the level of care and compassion they received especially when it was time for them to cross over ‘Rainbow Bridge’. If I am fortunate enough to have other dogs in my life, this is where I will bring them. Thank you for everything you did for my special ‘boys’.

I have been taking my dogs and cats here since moving to Stouffville in 2012. All the doctors and staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. The level of care is excellent. They always tried to fit me in as soon as possible. The prices are very reasonable. Dr Ashbourne helped my 13 year old dog Pie recover when she developed a life threatening illness. She was also there at the end of Pie's life with compassion and kindness.
