Went here for help with severe anxiety that had limited my life for just so long. I had tried other therapists before but it was always the same stuff.. meditation, mindfullness, just junk that didn't work. Seeing Zuwaina at the Amicus Group pretty much saved my life. I'm not scared anymore, I feel in control of my life, and I feel ready to handle things now. I feel like my life is entirely different in such good ways now.
