Arnprior Home Hardware

I visited Home Hardware’s Arnprior location in order to get some duplicate keys cut. Sounds like a pretty mundane experience doesn’t it? However, one of their employees Michael made it anything but.

He was so quick to recognize that I was in need of help choosing the right keys (I had thought you just picked a fun design and that was it). He was able to point me in the right direction and gave me a few options.

What truly made this trip special was Michael’s attitude. He was chatty, cracking jokes and overall a joy to be around. Great customer service is still alive and well at Home Hardware Arnprior and he is living proof of that. Thanks again!

I am telling you folks: These are the *friendliest* people to run a hardware store - both the older, experienced staff and the youger lads and lasses are extremely polite, friendly and helpful - including helping you when the solution is not in their store.
It is more common than not to leave with a chuckle in your belly, too: Some of them are pretty darned funny :)

Deals are great in this Home Hardware! It's a bit smaller than most I've been to, but overall can't beat the amazing prices they have! I was so impressed with their specials for the week long yard sale items. Was a great selection. I drove over an hour to check it out. Unfortunately was a bit of an off day due to the weather and all the rain. I didn't see much of what I was hoping for. But am still happy with the overall visit! Will be back and hope to make it out there before the sale ends!
