Arnprior Transmission

We were enroute from n.b. To Alberta when we experienced truck trouble on the long weekend in August 2020. I called on Harry for assistance, he worked tirelessly each day over the weekend until finally solving the issue. The below experience is hardly reasonable....You heard issues before you even left the garage and didn't give them the slightest chance to alleviate it...instead you opted to drive all the way to Ottawa and pay an additional 50 to have them fix what probably could have been done in 20 minutes....repairing car engines, particularly transmissions, is an art. It's not unreasonable to expect other issues to be dealt with as you go along...Not only that, but you basically are accusing this garage of removing a seal - you don't know that they did that. You were having transmission issues, obviously not a brand new car, obviously it had been worked on by others, you have no idea when the seal was removed.

This experience is your own fault, not the fault of a garage just trying to do the best job they can. I've had lots of work done here over the years, as have every member of my family, our experience has been nothing short of perfect.
