Baila Fitness Studio - Lesley Levinski

I have been doing Lesley’s fitness classes for over a decade and will always love them! With an excellent variety, motivational content and great music, Lesley brings the best energy to both the studio and online programs! I highly recommend joining - you’ll benefit in so many ways!!

Lesley’s classes are amazing both in person and online. Her bubbly and invigorating personality is extremely motivational. I have been doing her in person classes for a decade and part of her online Fab4 fitness group for over 3 years now and would highly recommend to anyone.
Online there are thousands of videos to choose from and new videos get uploaded every week. Her online program allows you to bring your workout everywhere and can fit into even the busiest schedule (since you can click play at literally any time of day or night). I have accomplished my fitness goals and seen amazing results quickly and efficiently with Lesley’s guidance.
Lesley is an extremely supportive and accessible coach, the online community she has created truly feels like a family which makes it easy to make the long term healthy lifestyle change!

Lesley’s workouts are very user friendly. If you only have ten minutes to spare, she has a video for you to do.
I have a slight disability, and with Lesley’s encouragement I am now doing all of her videos. She suggested that I start with the weight videos, and as I improved I added in the groove workouts. I am feeling stronger and my mobility as improved greatly. As Lesley reminds us “You will never regret pressing play”. Thank you so much Lesley! I look forward to spending time with you each week.❤️

Best full body workouts for all fitness levels. Great programs for cardio, weights, barre, HIIT and more. If you want to get in shape and always be challenged with your workouts, I highly recommend Lesley and the Baila Fitness Studio.
