MacKinnon Water Solutions

I would highly recommend the MacKinnon team for your water solutions. My well pump quit working and so I called MacKinnon. They showed up the next morning and replaced my well pump and tank. They did a very good job.

The service with MacKinnon Water Solutions has been absolutely amazing. The last storm that occurred in our area (the week before Canada Day 2023) knocked out our Franklin Electric Constant Pressure Controller (board completely fried as the capacitor was blown due to a surge). As this is our cottage, we had no idea until we arrived two days before Canada Day. I called on the morning of June 30th as they opened. I was completely expecting an appointment the following week due to the long weekend, but despite being short staffed due to the holidays, we had a service technician arrive at our place at 9:30am. By around 10:30am, we had our water running, which also included a short trip for the tech to meet another staff member half-way between our place and their Pembroke office to get something that he did not have in his service truck.

If I could rate them higher than 5-stars, I would. Their service was simply exceptional.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Gabe and Ryan came out of their way early and had our water pump running with no time. Fantastic work at a great rate. Grateful for this company. Highly recommend. Thank you MacKinnon Water Solutions!

I can’t say enough about great service we received! Our water pump stop working on Sunday. On Monday we called MacKinnon water solutions. They were amazing! Called MacKinnon’s yesterday after having issues with our pressure pump. Was just looking to schedule an appointment and the amazing guys were at our house within the hour. Replaced our pump after it was discovered the bladder was punctured. Crew was very professional and kind. Thoroughly explained everything and answered any questions we had.
