Throughout my life I've been exposed to many businesses which translates to customer service. Hands down, the BEST customer service. Going above and beyond to ensure customers are well taken care of. Honda Pembroke has given me a quiet space to work from when needed, making arrangements to bring my vehicle to me so I didn't have to cart my kids around, and the list goes on! Outstanding customer services from a great team. Keep up the good work, it's appreciated and noticed.

I had a great experience when my car was serviced today. The staff at the service desk and garage were friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service is rare these days and it was a breath of fresh air to have that at Honda Pembroke. Thank you 😁 I will be a repeat customer.

I have had dealings with the service department in the past and they were great. I bought a truck and this time around there were some initial issues with the paperwork but Alex the general manager sorted it out with ease and smoothed everything out quickly. I left as a happy customer.
Shout out to Bill who is a true gentleman and a credit to his trade. In a town full of used car dealer crooks, you folks maintain your reputation as standing apart. Keep it up.
