Valley Automotive

We are a auto body shop and we deal with Valley once in a while - in May of this year, we bought a tail light for a 2015 Mazda CX-5, and it had a very light hair line in it, nothing serious so we tried to install it. Unfortunately, when we pushed it in - it cracked.

Fast forward to July, we were looking for the tail light again and saw that Valley had another one for sale. I called and they quoted me $150. I told Rich the sale guy the story of what happened , hoping maybe I could get a little discount for the misfortune that we had - he instead offered us the new light no charge on exchange. We were pretty shy to take it free - and offered a couple of times to pay in earnest, he said no worries.

How can we possibly buy from someone else in the future if Valley has the part in stock? Just amazing.
