She kept us informed every step of the way from signing to selling. Kristen was never too busy to answer questions. She treated us, her clients, honestly but gently so we never felt we were travelling the path to the sale of our cottage alone. She was always there for us. When she felt it was necessary, Kristen went above and beyond our expectations. We listed the cottage in the winter but that didn't stop Kristen from doing countless showings. When the right buyer came along Kristen was able to sense that this was "the one". In the end we were as happy and excited as the new owners. Thank you Kristen. You are #1.
