dOMe RETREAT

Have you ever felt lost in life and don't know know what to do with yourself. The past 2 years have been very challenging as I'm sure many people can relate. I was looking on FB one night and a post from the Dome Retreat appeared. I was curious and decided to sign up for a sound bath class. My first class with Shelia was incredible, what an lovely experience. I felt so much lighter and had a sense of peace within myself after. I must share that I cried all the way home (a release I had been needing to let go of for a long time) I have attended several more Sound bath classes since, I would recommend that everyone try this at least once in there life (like me I'm sure you will be easily hooked) I have also had a hot stone massage from Shelia at the Dome it was purely a magical, and I've had many massages in my days. The Dome is my new favourite place on the map. If you are desiring some "ME" time be sure to check out what Shelia has planned at the Dome you will not regret it. :)

I had my first sound bath experience today with Sheila, and it will definitely not be my last! From beginning to end, an experience that allows you to connect with yourself and your surroundings. I have never felt more present. Your mind travels to a space where you feel safe and aligned. Thank you, Dome Retreat! ♥️

I have been to two sound baths with Sheila now! Absolutely unique and lovely experience that left me feeling so relaxed and refreshed. 100% would recommend this experience!
