I requested a quote through Jim's website on Monday. On Tuesday I got a quote that was significantly less than I'd anticipated paying and a start date the following week. On Wednesday Jim said he could start the following day. On Thursday I had a new roof. The crew that did the work were courteous and efficient. I'm thrilled with the work and the price.

We are selling our house, needed to get our roof redone soonest. Emailed, they gave a quote and when we asked for them to do the job they showed up within a business day. Took 2 days to do the job. Looks fantastic. The crew were funny, paid attention to detailed and cleaned up area like they were never there. We've had soo many compliments on our roof already! So impressed, highly recommend.

Very prompt service and attention to what the customer wants, professional crew on time and completion without a problem or concern. From time of quote to installation was 2 days, still waiting for other contractors to provide quote, they want to be second best - Jim's T&R Construction will out preform all others hands down. We purchased a home in dire need of a new roof- it was falling apart. Companies were experiencing delays and customers were on wait lists due to the pandemic but we luckily didn’t have to wait too long for Jim’s T & R Construction to get the job done. They replaced our roof just before winter hit in November and did an excellent job. They were completely professional, friendly, quick & hard-working. It was easy to tell that they were experienced, take pride in their work & also value their customers. It’s been nearly a couple of years and the roof looks great & has no issues. If I need other work I will call this company & I would refer them to anyone. Thank you to the crew who installed my roof.

This was the first time I had to have a roof replacement and I was very anxious. I had several quotes, but liked Jim at the start - he explains everything simply and is in regular contact, and responds quickly to questions. His prices are more than reasonable especially considering the quality of work. His staff are fast, professional, and do a beautiful job! Jim even helped me pick out the shingle colour and it looks fabulous. His staff went above and beyond, their cleanup process was thorough (the neighbour searched for stray roofing nails and came up empty), and they made the process enjoyable. It is the first time in a year I have been able to enjoy the rain! I cannot thank Jim's T and R Construction enough! Highly recommend and will use again for other services!
