Mr. Turcotte is very professional, courteous and quick. Not only did he fix my computer within an extremely short amount of time, he cleaned up the inside, wires and all, as well. Also somehow my computer is now running quieter than it ever has. 5 stars well earned. He will be my first choice for any future computer needs.

Mr. Turcotte is honest , unassuming , and competent. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my computer and provided an inexpensive solution. And...... he offered a decent warranty. One couldn't ask for more.

My son had purchased a VR headset which did not work on our older desktop. Chance set us up with a new gaming computer for a great price and everything works great. I had priced some retail systems with similar configurations and it would have cost us twice as much. My son is loving his VR headset and I am planning on trying it out this weekend! Thanks a bunch Chance. I thought that VR headset was just going to become an expensive paperweight. But you got us up and running in no time and for a lot less $$ that I thought. Super service.
