We've had lots of work done by VW&D over the years and have been very satisfied with it all. From Sales to Installation, to follow-up when required - it has been a very positive experience. The clean-up after the job is finished is exceptional. The quality of the product (thus far) is excellent. (We've had doors & windows replaced). Professional employees who are also friendly and dedicated. The installers know what they are doing and they do it well!

I’ve had 2 windows installed now by Valley Window & Door - one brand new basement window and one set of replacement panes for a bay window. Both experiences were super smooth, I received in person quotes within a week of reaching out each time and installation was quicker than expected each time with great outcomes and no issues with the windows. The communication when waiting for the product to come in is always great as well!

Excellent customer service & products! They replaced all our windows 7 yrs ago in our home renovation, we love the windows & the installation was seamless & professional; from the quote provided to the clean-up! We referred them to another family member who just had windows replaced last week, during a snowstorm! and despite the snow, they arrived on time & all work was completed efficiently & professionally. And personally, I love that they actually do a follow-up call within a few days, to check that everything met our expectations!

We received very professional service. Valley Window & Door installed a large window in our home. The window is very heavy and a team of four came to install the window. It took almost the whole day from the time they removed our old window until the complete install of our new window. The team was very meticulous during the removal and installation and they cleaned up extensively after they were done. The outside caulking job was excellent and the inside trim was reinstalled to look like the original. I was very impressed!
