(October 1, 2013, 6:57 pm)I forget the mechanic's name, but I give him top marks for the service that he did on my (bad) Honda lawnmower under warranty from Canadian Tire, AND which required 2 service calls to Lou's. (No thanks Canadian Tire). He also took the time to explain what he had done, and answered any questions -I had-, in a very patient and thorough manner. Thanks. TJH
