This is not a chain type hardware, but is one that has been family run in this town for a very long time. The personal service given to the customers that go through their doors is second to none. I love that you can buy one screw, one bolt, one nut, a few nails, a few of everything you need to do those little jobs without having to buy and pay for a whole pack that may never get used again. It is the old fashioned way of doing business, and the only way to do business You are not just a customer that Scotts Hardware can make money off of, but you are an important person the minute you walk in. I will say as my late father always said " If they don't have it, then you don't need it," and if Scotts don't have it they will certainly tell you if it is available or if they can get it for you. Long may this hardware store keep operating,
