Windrush Estate Winery

Windrush Estate Winery is a wonderful hidden gem in Ontario's Emerging Wine Region. The area is very secluded, surrounded by nature and gorgeous views, so it really does feel like an adventure. It's hard to describe visiting the winery as it's the experience of it that really makes it amazing. The owners are so hospitable and genuinely interested in their guests, and they make sure you get the most out of your visit.
I highly recommend their VQA Cabernet Franc. I am a red wine lover and usually opt for reds from France or Latin America, this Cab Franc is up there with my favourites!

Definitely a must for nature lovers and wine enthusiasts!

Boutique winery with very high quality product and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Well worth the trip. Amazing wine and hospitality. Good selection of wines that can't be found at the LCBO. As an added bonus, the views from the chateau are amazing and the owner has a train hobby and has built a track that must be seen. May consider hosting a function there.

We went today because of previous reviews and were not disappointed. The owners, John and Marilyn were beyond fabulous! John gave us an amazing and very informative tour and tasting at the winery. The wines are next level and beyond compare . Then Marilyn topped it off with an amazing tour of the Chateau. WOW! They are so warm and welcoming and make u feel like family. If u are in the area we highly recommend you go...you cannot help but be impressed with every facet of this place!!

We went to the winery tour and were treated like royalty by the owners. The place itself is amazing with fantastic views. And of course the wines that we sampled were all excellent. I'm not a white wine fan, but their Chardonnay converted me. LOL. I highly recommend Windrush products, and hope more people discover them, as they are not sold in the LCBO. Cheers.
