Work completed on time - it was an Acura recall on 2019 RDX due to fuel pump issue - and the car wash at the end was an extra treat.

I recently took it in for service for an alignment, tire rotation and balancing, and the always welcome complimentary car wash during service. The prices are fair and more importantly, the people are fantastic to deal with. I get my questions answered accurately every time and the shuttle service is gold! Thank you Acura of Barrie.

He explained me everything and updated me on a regular basis, The vehicle was ready when promised. He was very friendly and professional and knew his job. The service was done to my satisfaction. Everybody in the dealership were extremely friendly and courteous. I will definitely go back again.

(September 24, 2020, 12:45 am)My recent service maintenance required approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hrs..I was kindly offered a complimentary vehicle to use during that time but I declined and decided to wait in their customer service lounge which is quiet and very comfortable. Ryan greeted me for a chat and Paul greeted and updated me regularly. My vehicle was ready in the estimated time and my car came out looking brand new after my complimentary car wash. What great service! Thank you.
