Called Rob last minute to have a bin delivered, had the same at the site within an hour and excellent customer service from the driver as well. will 100% recommend their services

The actual people who work in the buildings at Sandy Hollow are very friendly and helpful 5/5. The people who work for the company that picks up your garbage are usually not 2/5. While a few are civil quite a few are rude and do not do the job they get paid to do. Had one who was asking why I was putting 2 cans out when most on my street put one and advised me to only put 1. I was civil to him but seriously, I can put 2 so let me put 2. The recycling people always leave stuff in the bin (like not once in a while, almost EVERY time I put out my recycling of late). Regularly I have found the tops of metal cans on my driveway (from my recycling that was not collected) and have even had a hole in my tire as a result so that now I throw those metal lids (yes, not environmental since metal is the only thing that makes recycling collection some money, but neither is having to get a new tire cause the recycling guy is so lazy he drops the lids on my driveway and does not have the decency to pick them up...). The city should insist in their agreement that a supervisor checks the recycling bins after their workers supposedly collect the stuff as I am tired of finding stuff in my bin almost EVERY single time after they 'collect' the recycling of late...

Called them to get an issue resolved, and Tyler went above and beyond to help us. Great staff and great service!
