When I first met Todd about helping us look after a property after my husband's hip surgery, when he couldn't do it himself, he was prompt for our appointment and friendly. His quote was fair and he said, "once you hire someone to do this for you, you will never go back to doing it yourself!" Well, he was absolutely correct! And we hired Todd and his crew for a second summer! We really appreciate having one less thing to worry about and Todd's rates are reasonable and his work is good.
