They did not repair my screen, but they were completely honest about how much it would cost if they could even locate a discontinued screen, then suggested I buy a new one equivalent and found me the best price and place to buy it. Now that is great customer service!

I dropped my phone and thought the screen was broken and needed replacement. Usually a $125.00 service. Brought the phone in to Marc. It was done promptly. Thanks for a great job. But most of all I want to thank you for your honesty. I was sure when I bought this phone last summer the sales guy put on a flimsy protector. You could have charged for a new screen and I would have happily paid to have it done.
Although we live 50 km away and there may be companies more local to us we will definitely use this company going forward for any phone service work. Highly recommend Marc and his company.
