Staff is great, and very helpful

Best service I have ever had!! Their mechanic sheldon is an amazing mechanic and a great guy, bobcat is lucky to have him! I had a crazy electrical issue that no one knew what was going on and sheldon came out in the snow and cold figured it out and also stayed till 9 at night to finish all the services. I couldn't have had a better experience, thank you! I definitely recommend bobcat of Barrie.

I can't say enough good things about my experiences here. I purchased a used UTV from them in as is condition. Ryan Durkin, the sales assoc. was patient and helpful. Andrew, in Barrie was great. Concerned that the unit be in good shape, I asked that it be checked. In the service shop they found a number of problems which they remedied and in the end, they chose not to charge me for these repairs. It's rare to find people like this who stand behind their product and have such integrity. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience.

Recently I purchased an attachment for my machine and had a most pleasant experience when Sheldon Drinkwater was sent to do the installation. Not just easy and capable, he was extremely helpful and informative and the install went smoothly. Yet another of the team members from Bobcat to be grateful for.

What a great staff from all accounts. The service department is very good at keeping you informed with updates, and they did everything to ensure that our hefty bill was as low as it possibly could be.
They put us in touch with people looking for our used equipment, which was beyond the service we expected.
If you ever get the chance, pop in and see the incredible staff at Bobcat Barrie. They are all around great people, who genuinely care for their customers.
