EmbroidMe is Now Fully Promoted

We've been working with EmbroidMe or Fully promoted for 5 years now. We're a small home inspection company based out of Barrie and have extremely small order sizes. Most of the other companies in Barrie had a ridiculous minimum order size that was not realistic. Laura has always taken really good care of us. We had an issue recently where we ordered the exact same work shirts we ordered 5 years ago however the supplier changed their specifications and they were delivered WAY BIGGER than before. We could not wear them and look professional. The supplier was not willing to do anything for us however Laura offered to order new shirts for us at no cost to us!!! What amazing customer service. It wasn't our fault that they changed the specifications on the shirts but it certainly wasn't her fault and she ate the cost in the name of AMAZING customer service. If you're looking for any promotional work wear that is backed by AMAZING customer service than look no further. We were sold on day 1 but now they have a life long supplier. THANKS LAURA :)
