(September 25, 2019, 10:55 am)I had a great experience with Mr. Rafael, I believe his name was? Our LG washing machine screen gave us an error code over the weekend right before it stopped working. I honestly had no clue what was going on but I am glad that you guys came to the rescue. Rafael was polite, knowledgable and shared extra tips about the washer, the dryer and the dishwasher! You guys are unbelievable.

Our appliance was fixed quite quickly. We were impressed with his professionalism. You don't see many workers like this too often these days, thanks a million.
