Jacuzzi Barrie

Once you buy the hot tub, you are own your own if something goes wrong. Not recommended.

Had the Opportunity to speak to the expert today in the Barrie Ontario store. Knew I had to educate myself on the chemistry of keeping our spa properly maintained. Had a great talk with Cynthia Rosenberger. She educated us on the how to and when to add to our Spa. She was great and very informative. She took us through the start up. The different intervals of upkeep. Weekly / monthly. Recommending Jacuzzi in Barrie to anyone.

I showed up just to see what options they had and Darren was the one who ended up helping me showing me the different options and styles. As well as all the features and options available , he helped me with getting the unit delivered as soon as possible and made a visit to make sure everything went well . I really appreciated the effort he made and I Would recommend anyone interested in a hot tub to go see him at Jacuzzi in Barrie .

My wife and I had been thinking of buying a Jacuzzi and stopped in to see what models Barrie Jacuzzi had. We were met by a very professional salesperson Darren who walked us through the process asking the right questions to provide us with the Model we were looking for. We had our Jacuzzi bought, setup and running in a week. Excellent buying experience from start to finish. Thank you Darren.

I always like to see 5 Star reviews when things go right but what about when things go wrong?
Sometimes I look for a 1 star review so I can see how a company addressed the customers complaint or concern.
In my case Jacuzzi was amazing!

My tub arrived (after a wait of a few weeks) and after I had taken the day off work and taken down my fence the tub that arrived was the wrong colour?

A quick phone call to the Barrie store and I had all hands on deck trying to correct the situation.
My sales agent (Paul) even offered to be there when the right Tub came to set everything up so I did not have to take another day off work.

My experience with Jacuzzi Barrie has been wonderful. The people were great, cared about their customers and over delivered on quality.

I love my new tub and the peace of mind knowing I’ll have support for any questions or concerns I have in the many years to come.
