Good day, I had Googled a home inspector close to the area where i purchased the home. Found Brien from Prestigious home inspection. Brien arrived on time, used his drone to check the roof. He asked me to follow him everywhere he went outside/inside the house and he explained everything to me. His inspection report was very detailed and we used it to negotiate accordingly. Brien was warm, friendly, knowledgeable. My wife and I were very pleased with the report and Brien was very patient with us explaining the results. Thank you Brien.
