Incredible staff. Mandy and Maggie were especially helpful. Our daughter loved getting her finger sized and looking at all the pretties. It gave us a chance to see what kind of stone cut she favours too.

Peoples jewellers has been a "rock" (yes, pun intended) in the diamond and jewellery world for as long as I can remember. Dependability, good value, quality products, and great staff! They have adapted to COVID very well from a safety and convenience perspective and if you are at the peoples in Georgian Mall Barrie, Ashley is an amazing consultant!

I am recently engaged and need my rings sized. I knew coming into the store that due to Covid the time for getting rings sized was exceptionally long because they have been so backed up. The manager Maggy was absolutely amazing she not only made me feel so comfortable talking with her but she also showed me a great idea for my rings with adding a new ring to the collection. Great idea for future gifts. While she was sizing my engagement ring i was very concerned about how long the wait was going to be till i got my rings back as anyone would want to be wearing their ring sized properly to their finger. Maggy put a rush on my rings so that they would be back in ten days!! This WAS SOOO AMAZING to hear because i almost didn't send them out... due to the situation. I am so AMAZED with her customer service and how she cared for me and my situation so much that she put a rush on my rings !! I'm BEYOND happy with my experience at peoples jeweler and i cant Thank her enough for what she did for me. ABSOLUTLY AMAZING service

I came to the store early after checking Google to see that it opened at 11:00. Upon arrival I realized that the store opens at 11:30 due to covid I avoid the mall at all costs these days and was in a little bit of a rush because it was cutting close to my son's nap time. I was very upset when I realized that Google had not been updated to the proper time of opening and just before leaving the manager arrived to start opening up the store. Maggy took pity on me and let me come in and have my ring inspected and got everything done before the store had even opened she was incredibly kind explained to me that my warranty won't be voided if I'm uncomfortable coming in due to covid and even gave me her card and a cell phone number to text so that I can make an appointment and ensure I avoid lineups next time. Very impressed with her professionalism and kindness in these times.
