Since the store does not have a shopping cart I need to carry my son which makes it next to Impossible to grab the kitty litter that I need to grab but there were more than enough people in the store that came up to me to ask me if I needed any help( WHICH I DID) and then I got to carry out. Most pet values I go to only have one employee working which makes it super in safe for that employee to leave the store so I was very impressed with the customer service. Lots of stock very clean store

The woman that helped fit my Yorkie cross for a harness didn't leave it at that. She showed me how to walk him, sounds silly but I've always owned large breeds so my 4 lb pup is totally foreign to me ???? she gave me tips for care when I leave him home, his teeth and food. I will return, Teddy was treated like the Little Prince he is!! Lol

Staff is knowledgable and outgoing. They will answer all your questions and when they don't know the answer they will tell you that to.

Just had our dog groomed by Ashley. Ashley was wonderful, our terrier x, Roca, has never looked better. Everyone in the store is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this Petvalu and Groomingdale’s.
