  My furnace had broken down and Tom came to repair it. He was great. Friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He had my furnace running in record time. On a scale of 1-5, I give Tom a 6. Thank you, Tom, for representing your company in such a super manner. Because of you, I would use Reliance again.

  We had a problem with our hot water heater. Reliance was able to make an appointment for us quickly and the technician came the next morning. He was able to solve the issue quickly and efficiently. We definitely appreciated the professional service we got. Thank you.

  I want to express my gratitude and compliment Brandon and Josh on a fantastic job they did on my garage heater. I found them to be skilled professionals, polite and friendly. My neighbours also commented on a job well done. Both tech’s were thorough and neat and cleaned up when finished. Explained everything clearly. They went above and beyond in my opinion. I would highly recommend them both.

  Had a fella (Martin, I think?) out today to switch our ancient electric hot water tank to a more efficient gas hot water tank. Seems the gas line that comes into the house is too small and isn’t sufficient to service both the furnace and the hot water tank so we were unable to do the switch as planned.
  
  I was impressed with his demeanour and friendliness. He showed up and left with a handshake! He was thorough in his explanation of why it wouldn’t work and what needed to happen to facilitate making the switch in the future.
  
  Once we upgrade our gas line, I’d hope to see this same technician back to install our new hot water tank.

  Jacob was very timely and professional. Phoned before he arrived, when I told him he didn't need to take off his boots he insisted he would. Didn't mind me asking questions or standing there while he checked out the furnace. Unfortunaley our 19 year old furnace ended up with a red tag - but they've been very helpful in making us feel comfortable and get things sorted quickly.
