What can I say about James Myers? Not enough that's for sure! He is great!
We started dealing with James about 12 years ago, he came highly recommended to us so we thought we would use his services. First impressions were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, patient and the list goes on. He worked hard for us finding what we wanted and trying to sell our home for us...... unfortunately everything fell through and we ended up staying in our current house. Not once but twice! For the next 12 years we would receive newsletters, phone calls, emails, Christmas letter/calendars and we knew he was only too happy to answer any questions from us or give his advice when asked. Now jump to the present and we are ready to put our house on the market again! What now.... A PANDEMIC breaks out worldwide. (I'm beginning to think we are not supposed to sell this place). We have already purchased another home so we have to sell. In comes James, some how he works his real estate magic and is able to close the deal in perfect time and for more money than we had thought we would get! Thanks again James.
He never forgot us, never gave up on our dreams and was always available when we needed him!

james has and always there when we needed him.Once we got to know him he became our friend.We did look at alot of houses and he was always available to take us.He is slso very patient and easy going which is important to me.I would recommend James for your agent.All the best for house hunting with James.
