Great group of people, and amazing work. I had my vehicle done here after an accident, and it looks absolutely perfect. Friendly staff who go above and beyond.

Fast, immaculate, and great service provided by this shop. It was easy to work with them, they arranged everything for me and gave updates as they were working on it. Definitely recommend this shop.

I took my truck in to repaint the hood, roof, and tailgate, mainly to fix stone chips. The black paint turned out flawless and it matches the rest of the truck.
The truck was on time, they detailed it and cleaned the headlights. Definitely A+ service and work.

I'd like to thank Rob and Kim for the great service! I took my car there to have some exposed metal on the rocker panel repainted from damage from a previous driver. They were able to get me in for an estimate right away. With the great quote they offered me, I booked my appointment for the following week which they were able to work around my schedule. Rob was very honest during the estimate appointment when I asked about touching up other areas of the car and wanted his professional opinion. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I found out the total cost was much less than the estimate and I was so happy! I really appreciated this as I've been to other collision centres that just try to get every last dollar from you. They did such a great job and were so kind. They even cleaned the interior of my car and vacuumed (unsure if this was a COVID-19 protocol but I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed as I went to drive away!). Will definitely return if I need any more 'collision' type repairs in the future.

I just want to say thank you for the great job to Rob and his staff at Simplicity Car Care did on my vehicle. The whole experience from start to finish was a confidence builder for me and when I left the car there I walked away feeling confident that everything would be better... and it was!
