We had to have our windshield replaced so we went here. Excellent service from the start, Ariel (I think thats the name) was super friendly and helpful letting us know our options that I was surprised it was only her second day! Excellent taxi service felt like such a luxury. They say they was the windows every job, but they went above and beyond the whole car was sparkling. The wipers were also replaced and are probably of the best quality we've had. We had an issue with the washer fluid a week post installation but Steve got us sorted out right away. Overall just an excellent experience.

Made appointment online and they were ready to work on it as scheduled. They even contacted my insurance so the windshield repair was covered at no cost to me. Technicians and admin staff were professional, efficient and treated me like a valued customer. I will definitely consider them first for any other auto glass requirements.

In December 2018 I had the rear window replaced on my Ford Escape. Last week, during a cold snap, the window shattered. I called Mike at the King St location and he came to the house to check it out. He said he would replace under warranty, no problem. I had just had leg surgery and would be unable to drive the car. He volunteered one of his staff to pick up the car, take it to the shop and return it. When the car was returned we noticed he had had it washed for us. Who gives this kind of service in 2019? This is Warranty Service beyond the call! Thank you to Mike and staff for a superb customer service experience.
