Had an issue with my muffler on a 2011 Honda Civic on a long weekend. Tried taking it to a few muffler shops in town but they couldn’t look at it until the following week and I had to phone to make an appointment. I phoned SSM Auto on Tuesday morning, brought it in, they said they would look at it around 9 am and phone me. They called me around 10 am told me the muffler assembly required replacement. I gave them the go ahead to repair it and within an hour I got a phone call to say the repairs were completed. Inspected and repaired in 3 hours. Excellent. I’ve been in the customer service business for 44 years and I recognize and appreciate good reliable service. SSM provides excellent service.

My Civic broke down on the way south. I took a shot in the dark and called Mike. Everything went smoothly. the assessment of the problem was dead on, parts ordered and repair done . Price estimated was all I paid and I was back on the road
