Tim Hortons

This tim Hortons is very hit and miss, I'm here almost daily as I work across the road. The other day I had been in the drive through (not moving) for 15 minutes the cars before me started to go through but didn't stop at the window I got to speaker and they informed me they were changing over tills, and it would take a few minutes to which I told her I had already been waiting for 15 her response was "I know". It does not take 25 minutes to change a till.
They have gross lettuce a lot of the time and seem to have issues operating a toaster on occasion
But there is a girl there who is super lovely and whenever I walk in she starts making my order (if she's not with someone else)because it's always the same. And usually there customer service is great

This is the only the second out of all the Tim Horton's in town I've had a very good experience with. The staff are friendly here, and the service is quick. Probably the only one in town that isn't hell-bent on the drive through while ignoring everything else.

This location always has enough staff, and they actually talk to you! :)
