Trade Army came into my home to install and new Napoleon Furnace. The price was reasonable and the wait for an appointment wasn't long.
Installers were respectful and courteous and helped me understand the process. It was installed in a timely manner.

Richard has performed a lot of work in our new build, from gas lines, appliances and plumbing.

We had our countertops replaced and we needed piping rework. We contacted Richard Friday afternoon to do all the plumbing/connections. He was on another project, however he arrived late that evening to do our kitchen so that we had at least one working faucet in the interim! Furthermore our A/C tripped and he came and fixed it free of charge!

We were connected with Richard from Trade Army via Appliance Source to connect our gas range, we were so happy we did because it turned out that Richard could basically do anything! We had just moved into a new build and needed our dishwasher hooked up, we also had issues with our dryer vent and he was able to fix everything.. and so quickly! I was totally blown away by how efficient he was and how he truly made a plan to help us when I explained how much we needed our stove and above range microwave done (we had been in the house for a week without any way to heat or cook!) I just want to thank Colin for the amazing job he did installing my new over the range microwave. His attention to detail and quality of work resulted in an amazing fit and finish that I am extremely satisfied with. Trade Army was able to come within 2 days of my initial call, while other companies were offering 2 week out booking availability. He was friendly, professional very and courteous in my home. After this amazing experience there is no other company I will turn to for my home comfort / electrical needs.
