I made contact with TC via web chat and explained situation c/w photo. They immediately express shipped a new one. A+ customer service and warranty. Great design and super comfortable, I'm definitely on the mend.

(June 27, 2019, 11:23 am)I fractured my left ankle way back in Feb 2019. As part of my recovery, I was recommended the Trainers Choice Aircast boot by the Orthopaedic surgeon. Belatedly, I wanted to commend Trainers Choice on an incredibly well made product! I was simply amazed by how versatile the boot is. It completely locked my ankle in place yet allowed me the flexibility to adjust the air pumps (depending on my swelling), to take it off to shower or to ice my ankle as needed. After the cast was off at the end of March, I switched to the stirrup ankle brace & the SAO Stabilizing ankle brace, both of which provided great ankle stability, while giving me the confidence to move about freely. I am VERY impressed with all the Trainers Choice products & staff. I would highly recommend the products to anyone who needs them. Thanks Trainers Choice!

(March 13, 2019, 1:12 pm)Three weeks ago I fractured my left ankle (distal fibula) & was in a great deal of pain. I needed an air cast boot & crutches urgently. I visited Trainers Choice at 480 Huronia Rd & was so grateful for their immediate help & expertise. Denyse F & Heather C (both Athletic Therapists) were extremely knowledgable, helpful & patient. They answered all my questions, explained how to correctly wear the boot & instructed me on proper care for my injured ankle. Patricia H, thank you for all your help! I would HIGHLY recommend Trainers Choice for several reasons: the expert advise you receive from an Athletic Therapist, the outstanding customer service, the convenient location/hours & the great selection of products!
