Tropical Gems

This store was so friendly and helpful! My son had been saving up his money for an axolotl. Unfortunately the one he wanted was a bit more expensive than he anticipated and had saved for. The owner took his time to help my son pick the one he wanted and made sure it fit in his budget. He made a young boy very happy and a cutomer going for the rest of our supplies going forward.

We typically shop for fish at Big Als. Nothing against them, they are great also. But this level of service was above and beyond.

This business had very friendly and knowledgable people. The owner took a lot of time with us explaining the various size of tanks and the logistics behind the care of fish with the different sizes. i would highly recommend them! Great place to go!

This reptile spot is amazing ! They have so many different reptiles and fish... rare ones too! I come here almost every week for reptile food and to check out their new selection. Tropical Gems has great and friendly costumer service. I found them to be very knowledgeable about all your needs and questions. Their staff talked with us for over an hour and really explained everything to us. Our family decided to purchase a leopard gecko. I am new to reptiles and had lots of questions. Thanks to Tropical Gems we now have the perfect set up for our new pet.
