Yoga Bradford - You Are Ageless Yoga

I highly recommend You Are Ageless Yoga. The studio is warm and welcoming, and Emily is absolutely fantastic. She has such a calm and soothing manner and yet her enthusiasm is infectious! I find her instructions for the different poses very descriptive and clear, and love that she always gives lots of options to help vary the intensity of the practice. All this at an affordable price - dream come true!

You Are Ageless Yoga Studio is a warm home environment in which to practice yoga. The instructor is very in tune with her repeat yogi participants, and what their personal strengths and challenges are. She continually provides options to allow all yogi's to practice to the best of their physical ability. This is something that is very important to me. She also encourages us all to leave all egos at the door - also very important so that everyone feels comfortable during the practice. I recommend You Are Ageless Yoga to all yogis alike!!!

What a warm and welcoming environment this studio is! Emily has a true talent for leading a practice with her calm manner and strong knowledge of poses, it is obvious that her training in India was well worth it. The studio is Karma based so you slip your donation of $5-$10. into a box and set out your mat and enjoy. I'm hooked on You Are Ageless Yoga!! As Emily says...just breathe...
