Arcadian Students

The personal bathroom is really nice and it is close to the college which is very beneficial for students. The community is very friendly and the staff are helpful and kind! My roommates are the best!!

My daughter has been living at what is now Arcadian for a bit over a year and I'm more than happy with the new community. The staff in the office do their jobs well and I've called a few times with questions. I talked to the leasing manager a few times and she's been lovely. I like knowing that my daughter can go down to talk to them when needed and that she will be well taken care of.

Management is super friendly. I moved in September and it has been a very positive experience. There are always some fun events going on throughout the semester. The units are well maintained and having a private bathroom is quite nice. It is the best student residence in Barrie !

Moved in September 2022. Very nice place to live. You get your own room with an en suite bathroom! The room also comes furnished. The staff are very nice and maintenance is fast at fixing things. There are many events/games throughout the month like bingo night which is a fun way to meet other people in the community. There is a bus stop outside. 10 min walk to college and 20 min walk to local plaza.

i actually really like living here, anything we need for maintenance they’re always super quick with it. The place was clean and up to date. Nice sized kitchen and bedrooms come with their own bathrooms! It’s a great place to meet people that go to Georgian!
