If you are curious about breath work and the pairing of movement or just looking for a truly authentic yogi experience I would highly recommend Sass’s classes or private yoga therapy (game changer!). The benefits are endless and there is something for every level.
I’ve been a student for 6 years, what began as exercise to stretch and gain strength has evolved into a life changing practice. Sass would modestly say that I’ve done all of the work, but the truth is that her teachings, encouragement and support have been an integral part of my personal transformation.
