Fantastic place to meet for coffee and not feel rushed out the door

I love this place! the blt and the veggie sandwiches are delicious but I have to bring to your attention that I found the minestrone and chicken soup too watery and bland after 4pm and I'm not happy with the fruit bowl with a pinch of granola. Hope you guys can fix that...there's another group of people who work evening shifts or after work stop by and expect the same food quality that you provide to your 12 to 2pm customers.

Loved the club sandwich and coffee. We were sharing and they have us two plates. Always good fresh sandwich

So I have nut allergies, and they have a lot of stuff with nuts, but I ordered the English muffin breakfast and they prepared it separately so I had no problems. Of course they couldn't guarantee, but the fact that they tried to accomodate to the best of their abilities definitely set them apart from many other cafes. Good job!

After an extremely long day of trying to get home from Algonquin and a very costly breakdown, we met up with an accident at the highway 11 and 400 split. Had been trying to get home since 930 am and this was about 9 hours later. Hadn't eaten since 7 am. So in the process of trying to find an alternate route home we ended up in Stayner. Stopped at coffee culture and unfortunately they got our order wrong. We were so hungry we didn't say anything. Shanna suddenly realized she had made a mistake on my husband's order. She offered to make him some more food, but we declined stating that what he ate was delicious anyway. She felt so bad, heck mistakes happen. she insisted on giving us both a free dessert and told us to pick anything we wanted. I said my order was fine and why should I get a dessert and she said she just wanted to make our day better. What great customer service, that sadly is lacking these days. All the food was delicious to boot and she did make our day better with this simple gesture.
