Blue Mountain Chrysler

I took my Dodge Journey in to be serviced to have an oil pressure sensor replaced last week. Despite my hesitation on taking my car to a dealership for service due to past problems and reputations of dealerships for up selling, my experience was wonderful. The staff were kind and courteous. I was not advised to make any repairs that weren't agreed to. The waiting room was lovely with coffee and snacks. Despite my willingness to wait in their spacious waiting room, after 15 minutes a staff member approached me to offer a fleet vehicle to run errands while I waited . Their customer service far exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesistate to recommend them for service. I will be using them again .

Worst service department i had an on going issue from last summer to the fall still not fixed I was told to stop bringing it in. Issue still not repaired now I have to pay a repair shop, warranty ended in March I wonder if that was the plan all along. Update: was contacted by Blue Mountain Chrysler they have repaired my vehicle and did it under warranty. Thank you.

We just purchased a 2019 Jeep Rubicon from Blue Mountain Chrysler. They were very competitive on price, the sales and finance staff were wonderful and Shari is a gem. They happily accommodated our busy schedule after hours which was great.

Very impressed with this dealer. They kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. Friendly and helpful. They let me use the loaner for 6 days, while my vehicle was being fixed. They fixed the problems with my truck, and gave me a discount on the parts. I would recommend to my friends and family.
